How do you upload a document from your phone or computer?

Step 1. Take a picture your driver's license showing all four conners with your Phone.

Step 2. Click on the BROWSE LABEL OR CHOOSE FILE label below to either search Photo Library or to add saved file.
Step 3. Sellect ID CARD required then upload.

NOTE: You must upload A copy of the Front and Back of Driver's License Required.
